NuStrips App Terms of Service

  This application ("Jeremy") is an internal business tool developed and operated by NuStrips Inc. ("NuStrips," "we," "us") for the sole purpose of managing retail invoicing, payments, and accounting operations

  within our own QuickBooks Online account.

  1. Scope of Use

  This application is not available to the general public. It is used exclusively by authorized NuStrips personnel to generate invoices, process payments, and synchronize accounting data with QuickBooks Online.

  2. Data Handling

  The application accesses only NuStrips' own QuickBooks company data. No third-party customer financial data is collected, stored, or processed through this application.

  3. Authorization

  Access requires explicit authorization from NuStrips Inc. management via the QuickBooks OAuth 2.0 flow. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

  4. Limitation of Liability

  This tool is provided as-is for internal business use. NuStrips Inc. assumes no liability for data discrepancies arising from API synchronization.

NuStrips App Privacy Policy

  This privacy policy applies to the NuStrips internal application ("Jeremy") that integrates with QuickBooks Online for invoicing and payment operations.

  1. Data We Access

  Through the QuickBooks API, this application accesses: company information, invoices, customers, and payment records belonging to the NuStrips Inc. QuickBooks account.

  2. Data We Do NOT Collect

  We do not collect, store, or share personal data of any third-party QuickBooks users. This application connects solely to our own company account.

  3. Data Storage

  API tokens required for QuickBooks access are stored securely on NuStrips-controlled infrastructure. No QuickBooks data is sold, shared, or distributed to any third party.

  4. Data Retention

  OAuth tokens are retained only while actively needed for business operations and are revoked when no longer required.
